By accessing or using REDO ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

IMPORTANT: REDO is a TEST APPLICATION designed for demonstration and development purposes only.

Data security is NOT guaranteed
Privacy protection is NOT guaranteed
Service availability is NOT guaranteed
Data loss may occur without notice
Features may be incomplete or unstable

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER, SALIENT VISION TECHNOLOGIES, GITHUB, AND ALL ASSOCIATED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
Service interruptions or downtime
Any damages arising from your use of the Application

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

You use the Application at your own risk
You are responsible for backing up your own data
You will not use the Application for critical or production purposes
You understand this is a test environment with inherent risks
You will not hold any party liable for data loss or security breaches

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application integrates with third-party services including:

Google Services (OAuth2, Tasks API, Calendar API)
GitHub Pages (hosting platform)
Browser APIs (local storage, service workers)

These services are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Application remain with the developer and Salient Vision Technologies. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, Salient Vision Technologies, GitHub, and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without notice. You may discontinue use at any time.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
